The government has opened applications for the position of Deputy Commissioner General of Taxation at the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA).
Interested individuals can apply for the post until 12:00pm on Wednesday, October 16.
Applications will be accepted by the President’s Office between 8:30am and 12:00pm on all working days until the due date.
The application form is available from the President’s Office reception and will be available to download from the office’s website.
Asma Shafeeu who presently serves as Deputy Commissioner General of Taxation was appointed to the post on October 31, 2019.
Appointments to the post are made for a five-year term. Henceforth, the vacancy was announced as her term is set to expire at the end of this month.
