Former Supreme Court Justice, Abdulla Didi has been appointed as a state minister at the President’s Office. According to a credible source, Abdulla Didi was appointed as the Minister of State for Legal Affairs at the President’s Office. Abdulla Didi was the presiding judge when the Criminal Court sentenced former Maldivian President Mohamed Nasheed to 13 years in prison in 2015, for
