Police recover items stolen from MDP’s Maradhoo headquarters

Maldives Police Service has recovered items believed to have been stolen in the robbery of Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP)’s headquarters in Maradhoo, Addu City.

The robbery in the MDP’s headquarters in Maradhoo was reported to MPS last Saturday.

The items believed to have been stolen in the robbery was recovered during an operation by Gan Police Station.

The Gan Police raided an abandoned house near the headquarters and retrieved two amplifiers, two projectors, seven remotes, cables, and one modem.

No suspects have been arrested in connection with the robbery. And the case is under further investigation by the Gan Police Station.
