Man arrested for attempted robbery of a woman

Maldives Police Service has arrested a man over the attempted robbery of a woman driving along Alikilegefaanu Magu in Male’ City on a motorbike. The suspect has been identified as Hassan Isaam, 30, Fiyabari, Male’. Criminal Court has remanded him in custody for seven days. The attempted robbery took place sometime Thursday.
