Russian tourist dies after drowning in resort

A tourist has died after drowning at a resort in Kaafu Atoll. Police said they received a report at 11:30am Friday morning, informing them that a tourist, who ventured into the sea for snorkeling, was being transported to ADK Hospital in Male’ City for treatment after drowning.
