Oala app users can now pay via m-Faisaa

Customers of the children's Dhivehi story app Oala will be able to pay easily using Ooredoo's m-Faisaa.

With this partnership between Ooredoo and the app, parents and teachers using the Oala app can now pay their subscription fees securely and easily via m-Faisaa.

At the ceremony held yesterday, Oala Media's Creative Lead Samahath Ibrahim said that it is a delight that people are able to pay for the Ola app through m-Faisaa.

“Our mission has always been to make quality Dhivehi language content readily available for young readers. This partnership with m-Faisaa further demonstrates our commitment to making the Oala App experience as user-friendly as possible. We are confident that the addition of m-Faisaa as a payment method makes our app even more accessible and enjoyable for families across the Maldives,” Samahath said.

The Oala app is designed to instill a love of the Dhivehi language among children. With the latest upgrade of the Oala app, people can easily login to the app both from Maldives and abroad.

Oala App presents two versions to its users. The "Ajuma" version offers free content for those who want to explore Dhivehi stories and entertainment at no cost.

For users seeking premium content, the "Kiyama" version,which is a monthly or yearly subscription, grants access to at least three new pieces of content every month.

Those who wish to subscribe can purchase a monthly subscription of MVR 150 or a full year subscription of MVR 1440. Users of the Oala app can now choose m-Faisaa to pay for this subscription easily.

Ooredoo Maldives' Chief Commercial Officer, Hussain Niyaz said the Oala application is perfectly aligned with Ooredoo’s efforts to enrich the lives of the people through digital services.
