IAC warehouse based in Gaza hit by Israeli strike

A warehouse of International Aid Campaign (IAC) based in Gaza, used to store relief aid items for Palestinians, has been hit by an Israeli strike.

An official from IAC, the Maldives-based aid organization, said the strike caused damage to a significant item of relief aid items. In this regard, the official detailed that 2,000 blankets, 1,000 ready-made food packs and 30,000 clothing packs were completely destroyed.

The official underscored that no one was injured in the Israeli strike on the warehouse.

This is one of the many warehouses utilized by IAC in Gaza to store relief aid items for Palestinians.

A car used by IAC staff to transport relief aid items between locations had also been significantly damaged after another Israeli air strike hit the area where it had been situated, as per the official.

The official said although some people were injured to various extent in this incident, none of its staff had sustained life-threatening injuries.
