MIRA Collection Centre opens at Mahibadhoo

A Collection Centre of Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) has been officially opened today at ADh. Mahibadhoo.

The Collection Centre was inaugurated by ADh. Atoll Council President Ali Naseer during a special ceremony held at Mahibadhoo earlier today.

MIRA noted that the Centre was established for the purpose of providing its services to the taxpayers and the general public residing in the area as conveniently as possible.

All the services provided by MIRA at their offices and branches across the country, including those in the capital Male’ City, will be offered to taxpayers at the Mahibadhoo Collection Centre. These include taxpayer registration, acceptance of tax returns, collection of all types of taxes and other monies payable to MIRA and the provision of tax-related information to those who require it.

MIRA currently operates 19 offices at 18 atolls across the Maldives.
