Tourist help desk set up at main airport of Maldives

The Tourism Ministry of the Maldives has established a tourist help desk at Velana International Airport. 

The desk was set up by the Ministry to inform guests visiting the nation of health guidelines to be followed in the Maldives and assist in the communications between tourists and healthcare professionals in the Maldives. 

The desk will also help resolve issues faced between tourists and tourist establishments, according to the Ministry. 

Officials at the desk will also assist tourists with MACL, Immigration, and Customs procedures to provide a seamless experience.
