Maldives Customs has seized drugs worth over MVR 800,000 that were attempted to smuggled to Maldives on Saturday night. Customs said the drugs were seized during a further search of a general goods shipment that arrived in the Maldives from Thailand due to suspicions that the shipment contained drugs.
