Two Ooredoo staff graduate from program conducted with Harvard University

Two Ooredoo Maldives staff have successfully graduated from the Leadership Development Program, conducted in collaboration with Harvard University.

The two staff – Mohamed Aksham and Mohamed Ibrahim – graduated from the prestigious Ooredoo Leadership Development Program (LDP) conducted in collaboration with Harvard Business School.

Ooredoo proudly congratulated the staff who graduated, citing that it was their dedication and hard work that led to this remarkable achievement.

The company expressed commitment to investing in its employees and nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.

Two employees from the company are trained under the program each year. 

Ooredoo marked the graduation of six employees who completed the LDP over the course of three years last year. 

The initiative, which began in 2021, is aimed at empowering and providing world-class training to Ooredoo’s employees.
