Hinna Khalid has resigned from her position as the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology.
Homeland Security Ministry confirmed Hinna’s resignation on Monday. But it did not provide any details.
Hinna, who was appointed as the Homeland Security Ministry’s PS on June 6, was not immediately available for comment.
Hinna had previously served as the spokesperson at the Home Ministry.
She also served as an undersecretary at the President’s Office during former president Dr. Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik’s administration.
Hinna has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She also holds a Diploma in Social Science Research, and a Diploma in PHC Management.
