Four injured in accident near Hulhumale’ Central Park

An accident took place near the Central Park in Hulhumale’ on Monday night, leaving four people injured.

A police spokesperson told Sun that the accident took place around 07:42 pm on Monday, when a speeding car veered out of control and crashed into three motorbikes.

Four people on two of the motorbikes sustained injuries in the accident, and were taken to the Hulhumale’ Hospital.

This includes two men and two women.

The police said that the condition of two of them – one man and one woman – is serious.

A video taken in the immediate aftermath of the accident shows the injured being put into an ambulance on stretchers.

The specifics of their injuries are unclear at this point.
