Suspect who trespassed Civil Court still at large

Maldives Police Service, on Sunday, revealed no arrests have been made in connection to the trespassing incident at Civil Court on Friday.

Earlier, a Police Spokesperson said the case was reported to the authority at approximately 3:57pm on Friday night. The suspect in question had trespassed the second floor of the Justice Building, where Civil Court is based.

On Sunday, a Police Spokesperson confirmed no arrests had been made in the case so far.

Police said their investigation so far does not disclose anything had been stolen.

Just last week, Family Court, based on the first floor of the Justice Building was broken into, after smashing a window on two separate occasions. Items were reported stolen.
