State Minister Ali Solih transferred to Transport Ministry

State Minister Ali Solih has been transferred from the Environment Ministry to the Transport Ministry.

Ali Solih told Sun he was appointed as State Minister for Transport on Thursday.

Ali Solih, the spokesperson for government coalition partner Jumhoory Party (JP), had initially served as State Minister at the Technology Ministry.

However, the Technology Ministry was later dissolved and its mandate shifted to the Environment Ministry. He had served as State Minister at the Environment Ministry since then.

With the new appointment, the Transport Ministry now has two state ministers; Ali Solih and Ahmed Zuhair.
