BML supports CSM's 'Pink Ribbon Run-Walk'

Bank of Maldives on Saturday participated in and supported the ‘Pink Ribbon Run-Walk’ held by the Cancer Society of Maldives (CSM).

The event is annually organized by CSM in order to raise public awareness regarding breast cancer.

In addition to the ‘Pink Ribbon Run-Walk’ event in Hulhumale', it was also held on 33 islands.

During the event, BML donated MVR 150,000 to CSM in support of its initiatives to increase cancer awareness and provide psychosocial support to cancer patients and their families.

Furthermore, the bank will also be supporting CSM’s cancer screening program in Faafu Atoll.

Earlier this month, as part of the longstanding partnership, CSM conducted cancer screenings for the Bank’s staff.

BML has been supporting CSM and the Pink Ribbon Run-walk every year it was held since 2016.
