Riser contracted to build Quran Center in Fuvahmulah

Islamic Ministry has contracted Riser Pvt. Ltd. to build a Quran Center in Fuvahmulah City. 

The agreement for the project was signed by Islamic Minister Dr. Ahmed Zahir Ali and Riser’s HR Manager Mustafa Mohamedfulhu on Monday. 

Islamic Ministry states the project is valued at MVR 12 million. 

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Zahir said that one of the key purposes of building a Quran Center in Fuvahmulah was to improve the efficiency of the management of the branches of the Quran Center, and offer more convenience to Quran students. 

Riser is contracted to complete the project within one year. 

Islamic Ministry states that the one-story center will have an auditorium, library and meeting room on the ground floor, and four classrooms and a prayer room which can accommodate 30 people on the first floor.
