Air Seychelles operations to Maldives to commence tomorrow

Air Seychelles is set to commence operations to the Maldives starting from tomorrow. 

The airline will be connecting Johannesburg, South Africa, and Male’ City, Maldives during these operations with a layover in Seychelles. 

The operations are planned in time for the peak tourist season. Flights will be held on every Saturday and will be conducted until January 9. 

Seychelles has also opened its borders, meaning that Maldivians who wish to travel to Seychelles can also do so. Travelers of Air Seychelles are required to present a 72-hour negative PCR test while arrivals to the Maldives are required to present a 96-hour negative test. 

Currently, airlines such as Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Emirates, Etihad, and Fly Dubai are operating in the Maldives, in addition to countless other top airlines.

More airlines are also expected to commence operations in the Maldives for the winter season.
