Friday prayer sermon: Children will question about the abuse they are subjected

The Friday prayer sermon today focused on sexual crimes and child abuse cases that have plagued the nation lately.

The sermon read that the time when innocent children would ask about the abuse they suffered was nearing. The sermons highlighted the important role of parents stated in the religion is playing an exemplary role for their children.

The sermon also stated that the incidents being heard and reported in the community today was a frightening prospect. The sermon also condemned the crimes being committed towards innocent children and noted that the role of parents and children are being ignored by these offenders.

“When the people who are bestowed with the responsibility to raise these Innocent children, commit sexual and physical abuse, the time when these children would ask why they are being subjected to such abuse is nearing.” read the sermon.

The sermon questioned what the answer to these questions would be and likened the questions to the ones posed by the children of the age of ignorance where children were buried alive by their parents.

Humanity is the second name of kindness, respect, and care, and the sermon noted the differences between humans and mindless animals such as laws, good decent behavior. The sermon noted that if it weren’t for these aspects, there would be no difference between humans and creatures.
