Cyclist's arm broken in Sinamale' bridge accident

Two motorcycles collided on the Sinamale’ bridge today, according to Police.

Police stated that the accident was reported around 8:30 in the morning.

“The accident happened when a motorcycle that came from behind collided into another motorcycle that had pulled over to the side of the bridge,” said Police.

The motorcycle that collided was being driven by a 34-year old female, who suffered a fracture to her arm from the accident. She was transported to Hulhumale’ hospital for medical care.

The motorcycle that had pulled over was being driven by a 29-year old man who did not suffer any serious injuries.

Both had their driver's licenses with them.

Police stated that the accident had damaged both motorcycles and was being investigated.
