The official working hours of the President’s Office has been changed to 8 am to 3 pm effective from December 2.
President’s Office previously followed the 8 am-2:30 pm official working hours of government offices.
An official from the President’s Office who spoke to ‘Sun’ said the decision to extend the working hours of the President’s Office by an extra half-hour was made to allow for sufficient time to execute the administration’s manifesto – a work which the President’s Office plays a key role in.
The President’s Office reports the working hours of other government offices will remain the same.
The official working hours of government offices is 8 am – 2:30 pm, but the official working hours for civil servants remains 8 am – 3 pm.
