Man stabbed in guest house in Male

A man has been stabbed in a guest house in Male’.

Police said that the incident took place at around 2:30 p.m., when a group entered a guest house in Henveyru and stabbed Mohamed Naseem, of Hira, Baa Hithaadhoo.

Naseem is presently undergoing treatment at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH), said police.

Police also said that details of his injuries were not yet available, and efforts are ongoing to find the attacker.
