SC annuls disqualification of Mustafa, Shah, Muhanma

Supreme Court has overruled the decision by Elections Commission to disqualify Thimarafushi MP Mohamed Mustafa, North Fuvahmulah MP Ali Shah and Ihavandhoo MP Mohamed Abdulla (Muhanma) for floor crossing and reinstated him to the People's Majlis. Supreme Court issued its decisions in the cases filed by Mustafa and Shah this Tuesday morning. And the decision is the case failed by Muhanma
