Maarandhoo Council deputy passed away suddenly

The Deputy President of Haa Alifu atoll Maarandhoo island council Ahmed Rameez passed away suddenly on Saturday evening. Maarandhoo council member Hussain Adam, while speaking with ‘Sun’ confirmed Rameez’s demise was sudden. Rameez had been played a football match on Saturday afternoon between Maarandhoo and Haa Dhaalu atoll Nellaidhoo. He however, stopped playing after feeling extremely fatigued amid the game and spent
