10 additional plots from Hulhumale’ up for sale for residential purposes

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened the sale of an additional 10 plots from Hulhumale’ Phase II for residential purposes.

As per an announcement made by HDC last week, they have opened three land plots from beachfront and seven land plots from beachside for sale.

The land plots from beachfront measure 1,638 square feet, 1,559 square feet and 3,250 square feet respectively. The beachside land plots include five plots measuring 1,534 square feet, one plot measuring 1,513 square feet and one plot measuring 1,230 square feet.

Bidding for beachfront plots starts at MVR 4,500 and bidding for beachside plots starts at MVR 4,000. Interested parties can submit EoIs for more than one plot.

The bid process will be carried out in two phases:

Phase 1: Submission of Express of Interest (EOI) for land plots via portal

Phase 2: Bidding for land plots for which more than one party has submitted EOI

Interested individuals have been instructed to submit EOI via HDC’s bid portal.

HDC opened the sale of 18 plots from Hulhumale’ Phase II for residential purposes on October as well.
