Seven injured in three motorcycle accidents in Addu

Road accidents took place in three different areas of Addu City’s Hithadhoo district on Monday, leaving seven people injured.

A police spokesperson said that all three accidents involved motorcycle-on-motorcycle collisions.

The accidents injured seven people; six men and one woman.

All seven were treated at the Addu Equatorial Hospital.

The police said that none of them sustained any serious injuries.

According to the police, the scene of two of the accidents had been tampered with when officers arrived at the scene.

The accidents are under investigation by the police.
