President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, on Friday, visited and toured the Google Office in New York.
He was received at the Google Office by Public Sector CEO Karen Dahutin.
Following a tour of the office, he met with the Google team and discussed areas for collaboration regarding the integration of AI in public service delivery, promotion of digital literacy, and data driven solutions for climate resilience.
The visit to Googe Office comes on the sidelines of his ongoing visit to New York to attend the 79th United Nations General Assembly.
He addressed the UN General Assembly for the first time since assuming presidency on Tuesday.
He has also met with leaders of various nations and organizations on the sidelines.
He will conclude the visit and return to the Maldives on September 29th.
