Zeena steps down as PSM Managing Director

Public Service Media (PSM) Managing Director Zeena Zahir has resigned from her position on Saturday.

Zeena confirmed her resignation to 'Sun' Online, noting she tendered her resignation at 16:30hrs on Saturday afternoon, but did not disclose any reason for this decision.

She was appointed to lead the state-run Public Service Media earlier on November last year.

The outgoing PSM MD had attained Masters Degree in Business Administration, and began her journalism career first in 2006.

With her journalism career spanning for 17 years, Zeena had filled various positions throughout.

Prior to her appointment to lead PSM, Zeena was running her own magazine, 'Zee Times'.
