Ooredoo Maldives opens new Hulhumale' Phase II Experience Center

Ooredoo Maldives announced the grand opening of the Ooredoo Experience Center (OEC) in Hulhumale' Phase II on Wednesday.

The new center is designed to serve as a "dedicated point of contact" for customers in the Phase II area, offering a full range of Ooredoo Services and support in one convenient location.

The new Ooredoo Experience Center is located at ground floor of the Vinares V6 tower (V6-G-03).

The experience center provides a comprehensive array of services including SIM card registration, bill payments, device purchases, and personalized customer support.

The center is equipped with the latest technology with highly trained staff to assist customers with their needs.

Besides in-person services, the new center is equipped to guide customers through Ooredoo's digital platforms, ensuring customers can take full advantage of online services including m-Faisaa mobile payments, Ooredoo App features and other services.

The new center will be open from 09:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13:00hrs to 16:00hrs from Saturday through Thursday.
