HDC opens bidding for Hulhumale' Smart Parking slots

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) on Thursday, announced that the bidding for 'Fithuroanu' smart parking in Hulhumale' is now open.

The bidding is opened for Hulhumale' residents specifically.

The 'Fithuroanu' Smart Parking zone was developed at a vacant plot near Hulhumale' Ferry Terminal, adjacent to 'Fithuroanu Magu'.

HDC in its announcement said a total of 11 parking lots are available to take on lease for a three-year period.

Proponents can submit their bids between 13:00hrs and 14:00hrs on July 25, 2024 at the Exhibition Center, located on the ground floor of HDC building. 

Bid opening is scheduled at 14:30hrs on the same day, HDC added.
