Presidential couple wraps Singapore trip, returns to Maldives

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed have arrived back in the Maldives on Sunday evening, after concluding their unofficial visit to Singapore.

The President's Office have not disclosed any information about the presidential couple's recent unofficial visit.

This mark's the second time the presidential couple visited Singapore on an unofficial visit, with their first trip earlier on March 21st, and returned to the Maldives two days after on March 23rd.

Back when Dr. Muizzu was the president-elect he made another unofficial trip in November 2023 as well and stayed in Singapore for nearly a week.

The President's first trip abroad after taking oath of office was to Turkey.
