Tree Top Hospital urges to lodge complaints through official channels

Tree Top Hospital, on Monday, has urged any party with grievances or concerns regarding their medical services to lodge complaints through their official communication channels.

The hospital, in their appeal, said they remain committed to investigating any grievances filed with us and give our assurances that such concerns will be duly investigated in a timely manner in consultation with the relevant authorities.

In this regard, the hospital has requested to email [email protected] for complaints regarding the hospital, or for inquiries on their services.

The statement from Tree Top Hospital comes after the family of a patient who was treated at the hospital protested on Sunday, over the standard of care provided by the hospital.
