Zakariyya Mansoor appointed Kadhdhoo Airport Company’s chairman

Brigadier General (Retired) Zakariyya Mansoor has been appointed to the board of directors of Kadhdhoo Airport Company Limited as its chairman.

Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) said Zakariyya was appointed to the post on Thursday in accordance with Article 12 of the Act on Privatization, Corporatization, Monitoring and Evaluation of Government Businesses.

Zakariyya holds a Masters of Arts in Strategic Security. He has also completed various training programs in different military and counter-terrorism areas.

He served in Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) for 39 years where he held multiple leadership posts.

At present, he is serving as the director general of National Counter Terrorism Centre.
