April 21, Friday declared as Eid Al Fitr

Ministry of Islamic Affairs on Thursday declared that tomorrow, Friday the 21st of April the Eid Al Fitr for 1444.

In the meeting held to determine the first day of the Hijri month of Shawwal, the Minister of Islamic Minister Dr Ahmed Zahir Ali said this decision was reached based on trusted astrological calculations. Moreover,  the moon was sighted in some of the Islamic nations.
