Dhiraagu schedules 34th AGM for March 20th

Telecom company, Dhiraagu, has scheduled its 34^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for March 20^th.

In an announcement inviting shareholders to the AGM – Dhiraagu said that the meeting will be held at 8:15pm on March 20^th at Crossroads Maldives Event Hall in hybrid format. Therewith, shareholders can register to attend the meeting physically or participate online via FahiVote.

Speaking to Sun, Dhiraagu’s PR Executive Iyath Adam Shareef said that there is a cap on the number of shareholders accommodated at the meeting physically – which is 150. Therewith, Dhiraagu will be confirming the mode of attendance for shareholders who have indicated a preference of physical attendance by 4:00pm on Sunday, March 19^th.

Pre-registration of shareholders for the AGM is now open. The deadline for pre-registration is 1:00pm on March 19^th. Registration of proxies, is also open. However, the deadline for registration of proxies is 1:00pm on March 18^th.

Dhiraagu states all shareholders listed on the company’s share register as of Tuesday, March 14^th will be eligible to participate in the 34^th AGM, thus subsequently, also eligible for benefits.
