Damas developing first parkade in Maldives

Damas Estate announced - ‘One Park’ – the project to build the first in Maldives.

According to Damas, the project aims to resolve the issue surrounding the lack of space to park vehicles in Hulhumale’.

The seven-storey building will be developed near the residential developments in Fithuroanu Magu, Hulhumale’.

Damas detailed that the first two floors of the building will be dedicated to commercial usage, meanwhile, the remaining five floors will be dedicated to private parking zones. Over 500 vehicles can be parked there, the company added.

In addition to this, the parking building will be equipped to charge electric vehicles and will also have allocated garages for premium parking.

Some other services that will be provided include 24-hour security services, valet parking as well as repair of vehicles.

Furthermore, Damas said that the building will have escalators and ramps installed to accommodate those with special needs.
