OoredooFunRun: Registration reopens

Ooredoo Maldives on Saturday announced the reopening of registration for ‘OoreooFunRun’.

In the announcement made by Ooredoo, it was noted that the decision to reopen was due to “an overwhelming number of requests'.

Hence, those wishing to participate in the 5-kilometre run can grab their slots still on November 30, 2022. Registration can be done on Ooredoo’s e-commerce platform.

The previous deadline set by Ooredoo expired on November 15.

Ooredoo Fun Run is the upgraded version of Ooredoo Color Run – an untimed and fun-filled 5K run designed to be enjoyed by families and friends of all ages.

This event welcomes both new and experienced runners. Each kilometre covered will be celebrated with a unique fun station with colours, water and fun obstacles. As the run is not a timed event, participants can choose to walk, jog, run or dance to the finish line, where their efforts will be celebrated in style with a foam party, finisher medals and a music show.

Ooredoo Fun Run kits are available in two categories:

• Standard kits: Standard kits are priced at MVR 100 and come with Fun Run T-shirt and wristband.
• Fun kits: Fun kits are priced at MVR 200 and come with a Fun Run T-shirt, wristband, cloth bag, eyeglasses and a multipurpose bandana.

Ooredoo Fun Run will be held in Central Park, Hulhumale’, on December 23.
