Registration open for Ooredoo Maldives PUBG Championship Contender Series 2

Ooredoo Nation has opened registrations for Ooredoo Maldives PUBG Championship Contender Series 2, with a prize pool of MVR 15,000.

Registration opened Monday.

According to Ooredoo, the Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship Contender Series 2 is the second PUBG qualifier tournament in the series leading up to the biggest PUBG tournament in the Maldives yet, to be held in December, with a grand prize pool of MVR 100,000. 

Ooredoo invited gamers interested in participate in Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship to register their teams and compete in the upcoming qualifier tournaments and advance to the official qualifier tournament of Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship.

Participating teams are required to pay a MVR 150 registration fee, submit the team list along with the team logo before September 17.

A prize pool of MVR 15,000 is allocated for the winning teams of Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship Contender Series 2, where:

  • Champion team will receive MVR 10,000
  • 2nd place winner will receive MVR 3,000
  • 3rd place winner will receive MVR 2,000

Road to Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship

Ooredoo will hold three contender series for the Ooredoo Maldives PUBG Championship. The top three teams from each series will advance to the Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship.

RGC Deno, KH eSports, and LNN Species – the winners of the Ooredoo Maldives PUBG Championship Contender Series 1, which concluded September 3, have already advanced to the Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship.

The Contender Series 2 will be held in September, and the Contender Series 3 in October, after which the Ooredoo PUBG Championship Official Qualifier Event will be held in November – to select the top seven teams that will advance to the Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship in December.

16 teams will compete to win the championship in December, with a grand prize pool of MVR 100,000.
