Ooredoo replaces ‘Color Run’ with upgraded ‘Fun Run’, to be held in December

Ooredoo Maldives has announced the return of its annual ‘Ooredoo Color Run’ with a better and improved upgrade. Now named ‘Ooredoo Fun Run’, the event is set to take place on December 23 at Hulhuamale'.

Anticipated by many, the 5K run encourages people to lead a healthy and active lifestyle without missing out on the fun. People of all ages may take part, whether amateurs or pro-runners as the run is not time-restricted. A fun station will be established at each kilometer of the run, where the runners’ milestone will be celebrated with a splash of colors, water and fun obstacles.

Commenting on the ‘Fun Run’, Ooredoo’s CEO, Managing Director Khalid Al-Hamadi said that it would be the happiest run in the Maldives.

“And today, after a long break from community gathering activities, we’re excited to announce and relaunch of the upgraded version of Ooredoo Color run as Ooredoo Fun Run with more exciting fun activities that goes beyond just colors. The running community in the Maldives has tremendously grown over the years and our aim is to encourage and inspire more people to participate in this positive trend and be a part of the happiest run in the Maldives,” he had said.
