Bank of Maldives (BML), on Sunday, has announced the opening of self-service banking ATM centres in two islands of Haa Alifu Atoll – under its strategy to expand banking services to support local communities.
The self-service banking ATM centres have been opened at Filladhoo and Vashafaru.
BML detailed that both centres will provide cash withdrawal, deposit and transfer services for both individual and business customers on a 24-hour basis.
Commenting the opening of the two new banking ATM centres - BML’s In-charge and Acting Managing Director Aishath Noordeen said that the centres will ensure a seamless banking experience for individuals and businesses in both islands.
“As part of our network expansion and our continuous effort to make banking accessible for all, we are delighted to support the community of Filladhoo and Vashafaru. The new ATM centres will help ensure a seamless banking experience for individuals and businesses in both islands,” she had said.
BML has a nationwide network of 35 branches across all 20 atolls, 82 self-service banking centers, 140 ATMs, over 200 agents and a full suite of digital banking services.
The bank stated that they are committed to supporting individuals, businesses and communities across Maldives.
