World’s first hydrofoil e-bike brought to Siyam World

A product of New Zealand; the world’s first hydrofoil e-bike – in other words an environment friendly water bike - has been brought to Siyam World, operated at Noonu Atoll Dhigurah.

‘Manta5 Hydrofoiler XE-1’ is capable of speeds up to 11 knots. They are emission-free, wake-free, near-silent wave-riding phenomena which harnesses the same technology as America’s Cup yachts.

Apart from the extraordinary hydrofoil bike – Siyam World also recently launched the Maldives’ first ever Seabreacher; a semisubmersible vessel that can jump over, dive under and carve left and right through the waves. They are also capaable of 360-degree barrel rolls on the water. 

Siyam World, a five-star resort, is property of Sun Siyam Resorts. The resort which opened doors last year offer guests an ever-expanding array of ‘never-seen-before’ experiences – from the Indian Ocean’s biggest floating water park to the Maldives’ first resort horse ranch.

Measuring in 54-hecatres – the resort boasts an enticing variety of 19 accommodation categories ranging from 89 to 3,000 square metres.
