‘Next Generation Performance Management’ training session held for MPL's staff

A training session has been held for the executive management of Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) under the title 'Next Generation Performance Management'.

MPL detailed that the two-day training session being held at CROSSROADS Maldives is aimed at further guiding its management team on how to manage and measure employee performance and to recruit, retain and encourage top talents.

They further detailed that the workshop will in a practical way, guide its participants, on how to build and implement an agile individual performance management system that works successfully and how to achieve and implement a culture of performance management.

The training sessions are being conducted by Robert Mosely, a global remuneration expert and HR consultant. He is listed in 'The Top 100 Global Thought Leaders To Inspire You in 2021' - a highly prestigious and influential list by People-Hum. In 2017, he was also awarded 'Global HR Leadership Award' by World HR Congress in recognition of his iconic contribution to the global C&B community over the past decade.
