BML donates MVR 100,000 to Family Legal Clinic

Bank of Maldives (BML) has donated MVR 100,000 to Family Legal Clinic (FLC) to support its legal aid program which aims to provide legal assistance to vulnerable individuals in need.

The donation was presented by BML’s CEO and Managing Director Tim Sawyer to FLC’s Co-Chairperson Shafeea Riza in a ceremony on Thursday morning.

BML states that its donation will help over 100 individuals receive free legal help within the year, and will also fund additional outreach and awareness programs organized by the NGO.

BML has supported awareness and outreach programs conducted by FLC since 2019.
