HDC to develop a parking building in Hulhumale’

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed a framework agreement with Damas Company Private Limited for the development of a parking building in Hulhumale’, as part of the efforts to decrease the number of vehicles parked on the roads.

The agreement was signed by Damas’ Managing Director Abdulla Solih and HDC’s Managing Director Hussain Suhail Ahmed.

The purpose of the agreement is to remedy the parking issues faced by Hulhumale’ residents and those visiting the suburb for different purposes. The parking building which will be developed will accommodate both motorcycles and cars.

The parking building will be developed on the land behind Ocean Front, near Hulhumale’ Ferry Terminal.
