Finance Ministry seeks parties to develop housing units at 7 islands

Finance Ministry is seeking parties to develop 770 housing units at seven islands on a design and build basis.

The housing unit is set to be developed at N Holhudhoo, N. Manadhoo, Sh. Milandhoo, GA. Villingili, Lh. Hinnavaru, L. Gan and HDh. Kulhuduffushi.

In separate announcements made, Finance Ministry said that they are seeking parties to develop housing units at the aforementioned islands on a design and build basis upon the request of Housing Ministry. As per the announcement, those who wish to take part in the bid must pay a non-refundable fee of MVR 500.

Projects are currently underway to build housing units on some islands. Meanwhile, 100 housing units developed by the government at Lh. Naifaru was completed and handed over to the Council yesterday.
