Ex RaajjeTv Journo appointed as Higher Education Ministry's Communication Director

A former journalist at RaajjeTV Thahaarath Mohamed appointed as the Communication Director at Minister of Higher Education.

Former journalist at local broadcaster RaajjeTv Thahaarath Mohamed Waheed has been appointed as the Director of Communications at the Ministry of Higher Education.

Having worked as a journalist for a long period of time, Thahaarath was most well known for her time at RaajjeTv. After her time there, she worked in an online publication as well.

Additionally, Thahaarath has completed higher studies in journalism.

A communications director earns MVR 15,000 as a basic salary, accompanies by a living allowance of MVR 10,000 and a phone allowance of MVR 500.
