Telecom giant, Dhiraagu, has recorded a net profit of MVR 195.8 million in the second quarter of this year.
Financial statements publicized by Dhiraagu shows that this a decrease by 11 percent when compared to the first quarter of this year – however, is an increase by 51 percent compared to the second quarter of last year.
Dhiraagu generated MVR 230.6 million as revenue before tax during the second quarter of this year.
They had recorded MVR 617 million as total revenue during the second quarter – a decrease by six percent when compared to the first quarter of this year – however, is an increase by 13 percent when compared to the second quarter of last year.
Dhiraagu has decreased the company’s expenditure by five percent in the second quarter of this year in comparison to the first.
