First Lady Fazna Ahmed recovers from COVID-19

The First Lady of the Maldives Fazna Ahmed has recovered from COVID-19. 

She tested positive for the virus on April 15. The First Lady in a Facebook post today, confirmed that she had made a full recovery from the virus and thanked everyone for their well-wishes during the period. 

Madam Fazna tested positive along with her sister Nazeeha Ahmed and her husband Mohamed Hameed the Commissioner of Police. 

Even though the First Lady tested positive for the virus, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, and the remaining First Family members all tested negative for the virus.
