Man arrested for stabbing in Kulhudhuffushi shop

A young man has been injured in a stabbing which took place in a shop in Kulhudhuffushi City.

The stabbing took place at approximately 11:25 pm on Wednesday.

A 22-year-old Maldivian male was injured in the attack, and has been taken to the Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital for treatment.

He is not in serious condition, said the police.

The police have arrested a 28-year-old Maldivian male in connection to the case.

The case is under further investigation by the police.
