2nd Bangladeshi national tests positive, increasing Male’ COVID-19 cases to 16

Health Protection Agency (HPA), on Sunday, announced a Bangladeshi national who went to a flu clinic in Male’ had tested positive for COVID-19, increasing cases in the capital to 16, and cases nationwide to 36.

The new patient is being transferred to an isolation facility.

HPA said it had yet to establish a link between the new patient any other existing clusters.
